Long D/D. Good Hx: Heart problem, Pinched nerve in neck, or Belly surgery--2/3 of pts post chole or a gastric bypass for wt. loss via Laproscopic surgery causes retention of CO2, causing irritation of nerves and spine triggering shoulder pain. Pancreatitis, Pneumonia CT scan, MRI,, blood test, for DX. Rx depends on cause.
