What is the reason of one week with diahrea-smelling loose pooping and hunger?

Diarrhea: Did you eat in a new restaurant? Could be infectious like camphylobacter / salmonella( with salmonella you usually feel sick),C difficile if previous antibiotics/ H pylori or can be food intolerance or rarely thyroid or even new onset DM if hungry all the time ( usually it is urination not stool) . One week is long time and does cause dehydration. Would f/u/ w/ MD need cultures for stool /
