HIV Early Symptoms: No one knows. But, the symptoms can mimic a severe flu like illness with fatigue and a body rash. Remember please that if one has a high risk of exposure infection can be prevented. Post exposure prophylaxis (pep) can be instigated if one acts within 72 hours of the exposure. This message should be trumpeted to all who may need to get in to see their doctor immediately after an 'accident'.
