VBAC complex issue: Vaginal birth after C/section is a complex issue involving why the first C/section was necessary (pelvis too small), type of uterine incision (classical or transverse) and willingness of the OB MD to monitor the labor closely for uterine rupture. Due to legal issues, fewer OB MD's are willing to try VBAC these days. Good Luck!
