Be seen: I would not hesitate to be seen for a thorough evaluation. Multiple potential causes: spinal cord compression in neck, myopathy, peripheral nerve entrapment syndrome, overuse syndrome, among many other possibilities. A detailed exam and appropriate studies would likely yield the diagnosis.
