Hi, who do i need to see if i have right arm muscle pain and pins&needles feeling in my right thumb. been to physio and 2 different chiropractors over the last month. pain killers aren't helping. i also went for x-rays this morning. thanks?

Orthopaedic: I would probably start with ortho. Your symptoms are consistent with nerve pain which can include numbness, tingling, pins and needles sensations, burning pain, etc. This can be due to nerve compression from any level or the pathway. A common site is the cervical (neck) spine nerve root compression (radiculopathy). Hope this helps. God Bless
