Orthopaedic: I would probably start with ortho. Your symptoms are consistent with nerve pain which can include numbness, tingling, pins and needles sensations, burning pain, etc. This can be due to nerve compression from any level or the pathway. A common site is the cervical (neck) spine nerve root compression (radiculopathy). Hope this helps. God Bless
