Ive been experiencing pain in my neck and upper right shoulder blade. i am 67 years old and smoke. i fell on my right side in bath tub about 2 weeks.

neck/ shoulder pain: Could be related to fall but after 2 weeks need follow up at age 67 to make sure no fractures. Also consider gallbladder ( or rarely liver hematoma from fall if on blood thinners), or may even be cardiac ( usually left side but anything can happen in medicine) f/u/ w /doc ER/ urgent care today.
