I'm 38 years old when i was young around 12 years old i fell while playing at school and one of the bones on my elbow happened to be dislocated and i went to hospital they put on bandages (white cement stuff) and i came right but now i feel pains ?

It happens: Discomfort from an old injury is always possible. Whether this is truly related to that event would require assessment by your doc & likely new x-rays.
