Extremely rare: First, the diagnosis must be confirmed by a specialist; symptoms alone (e.g. itching or irritation after sex) is not sufficient to diagnose semen allergy. True allergy to semen can occur but is very, very rare. If confirmed, probably you'd also be allergic to pre-ejaculate fluid. But there are other, far more common causes of vaginal irritation, itching, discharge, etc following sex. Good luck!
