Not likely.: Semen allergy is not common. I suspect this is probably just irritation. If this is recurrent you might have gyn take a look.

Probably normal: Likely post-coital appearance and normal. Keep trying and see how it goes. If becomes uncomfortable, then speak to your gyn.
