Sounds llike: COSTOCHONDRITIS an inflammation of the cartilage "joints" between your ribs and breastbone. Try local ice/heat and an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen. See your GP/Family Physician if the symptoms persist. Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
