Many possibilities: What you describe may be genital warts, also called condyloma acuminatum but an exam by your provider is recommended. These are common and caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). If you google those terms and go to google images you can see if they look similar. Recommend you see your health care provider for an exam to determine the diagnosis.
