It depends: Are they painful? I would also need to know your sexual history in order to give you better advice. These red bumps could be folliculitis, ingrown hairs, bacterial infection, inflammation/irritation from any number of substances or material you have come in contact with, herpes or warts. Please see your physician to get diagnosed appropriately.
