Shoulder pain : This type of shoulder pain seems likely to be inflammatory arthritis like rheumatoid arthritis. Although, there are several other possible problems: tendon problems, degenerative shoulder issues, or internal damage to the joint like the labrum. Shoulder problems are best diagnosed during an in-person doctor and patient examination.
