Angular cheilitis?: A person with signs of angular cheilitis can be checked by a doctor to see if there is a lip eczema problem, an oral herpes problem, or signs of vitamin deficiency. Angular cheilitis is the cracking at the corners of the mouth, with some inflammation and maybe some candidal yeast overgrowth. Sometimes, a little hydrocortisone cream for a week can make it better. One's doctor can examine.
