Probably neck: Burning pain with radiation into your neck in my experience is radicular pain from a neck source until proven otherwise. This implies a "pinched" nerve in your neck usually related to a herniated disc. Would try nsaids and rest and see if resolves. If persists would seek eval by pcp.
