I have had a burning/sharp pain in the back of my left shoulder blade for a couple days. ive been getting stiff aching pain on the left side of my neck & back of pain going up the back of my skull. the main pain is the weird burning pain. what is it?

Although impossible to be accurate or precise in the absence of a thorough exam, some considerations could include shoulder rotator cuff tear, a ruptured disc in the neck, and Notalgia Paresthetica. See a physiatrist and get this evaluated.
