May possibly develop: While birth control pills may cause a yeast infection, this is a very rare complication and is usually related to the amount of estrogen in the pill. OCP are great at regulating your period and reducing risk of anemia due to blood loss. If you develop recurrent yeast infections on the pill ask your doctor to check you for diabetes. Consume acidophilus, consider lowering the estrogen in the pill
