Follow up: Sorry that you are experiencing these symptoms at 23. First of all you need to follow up with the specialist who ordered this exam. We don't just look at one place when a patient is experiencing these symptoms of course your GI doctor is going to fully examine your GI symptoms and probably do a colonoscopy but you are going to also require a full history/physical, labs, imaging, referrals
