Fasciculations: Lip fasciculations are caused by miscommunication between lip nerve(facial) and muscles. Most common causes are caffeine , stress and fatigue, certain drugs and potassium deficiency. Also some more serious may cause it such as ,als,Tourette’s syndrome Parkinson’s and Bell’s palsy
