Unlikely: ALS is quite rare and typically starts in the legs and arms with symptoms like stumbling, trouble writing, etc. Given that you take several psychiatric medications, my guess is what you're experiencing may be a side effect of one of your medications, possibly Abilify (aripiprazole). Did you start one of these medications in the last few months? I'd speak to your psychiatrist.
