Weight loss: Losing weight depends on a simple math formula of what you take in for calories and what you expend (basal metabolism and exercise/activity). The expenditure has to be more than the intake. Beyond this you should watch your choice of foods. Avoid fried foods, sweets, cakes, cookies, alcohol, sodas. Choose lean proteins and vegetables primarily as your source of caloric intake.
