Have warm sensation in your upper stomach, is it possible to cause a hiatal hernia by jerking forward in your sleep & pulling something in same spot?

No, not possible. : Hiatial hernias form via a different mechanism than say for example an inguinal(groin) hernia. Excessive or violent physical exertion does not cause hiatal hernias.

No: That is not possible. In hiatal hernia, part of the stomach pushes into the chest cavity. It enters via an opening where the food tube (esophagus) passes on its way to the stomach. Hiatal hernias can have no symptoms. In some cases, they may be associated with heartburn and abdominal discomfort. Hiatal hernias may not require any treatment.
