I have been on oratane for 6 months for my acne and yet poor results thus was given roaccutane for next 2 months. so why is my face so resistant to it?

Accutane treatment: Accutane is for severe or refractory acne. Dosing is typically 1mg/kg/day for 6 months. 1st make sure dosing is correct, then adjust with your dermatologist from there.
