There are: Two main possibilities: it could be a false positive, or you could be very early pregnant, and have a low HCG level, causing a weak positive response to the test. In either event, repeating the test in a week should clarify things. If it is false positive, the repeat will be negative. If you are early pregnancy, the test will be more strongly positive.
