Pain: pregnant: The "bumpy car ride" is not likely to have caused a problem with your pregnancy, unless there is fluid or blood discharged vaginally, but the pain arises from some of the support structures for the now fairly heavy uterus: moving one direction and then to another stretches these supporting ligaments, and that causes some discomfort.
