Other symptoms?: Constipation is more common in pregnancy and can cause this. Any urinary symptoms? A urinary tract infection can also cause this as can a stomach bug. It can just be the stretching of the uterus. If you are also spotting this can be a threatened miscarriage. Rest and if it persists, check with your doctor.
