Contact your embassy: You do not say what country your are in, and laws vary from country to country. Ask what information you need and then contact your son's doctor and have it faxed or emailed. Be sure to find out and tell your doctor, exactly what the letter hsa to say. If this is not enough, ask your embassy for help, or ask the country's officials what your next steps must be. Good luck!
