My 1 yr old son saw his paed last week tuesday for his chest. he's asthmatic (dad is chronic) i've been nebbing (2,5 duolin) 2 a day and his chest is still crackly. normal or do i go back to see the dr again? starting to doubt myself.

Maybe/not: The primary trigger for asthma breakthrough in toddlers is a upper respiratory tract infection, which triggers constantly until the infection and its damage are gone. It is not unusual for a toddler to need attention for this time or longer. If you think you are loosing ground, go in. If stable & able to feed/drink/play give it some time.
