Go to ER: You have intestinal bleeding, probably from duodenum. Go now before you pass out. Do not drive. Have someone take you or get a taxi or call 911. Eating licorice, iron, and a few other things can cause dark stools but not what you describe. HOW LONG???? HOW MANY TARRY STOOLS? Size & consistency? Go for help without delay. Bring a list of any meds or supplements
