Had a hernia operation about 5 years ago, a few weeks ago, i moved a heavy table. i been having lower pain there, how long should it last and what could i do for it, went to a doctor last week, says he didn't see a hernia.

healing time varies between patients and according to severity ., it might take couple of weeks to a month

Over the counter Tylenol and ibuprofen should be ok unless there is a contraindication
