Depends: The treatment depends on the type of worm involved. Thread worms (pin worms) would take a dose of 100 mg given twice on day 1 and a week later. Other worm types may require several days or weeks of treatment.The 10 ml bottle is 500 mg. The med is not approved in the US for treatment under 2 yo. I would consult your doc before giving this.
