Call poison control: It says that you have been waiting for awhile. NEVER USE HEALTH TAP FOR EMERGENCIES- there is no guarantee you will get an answer and if you do it could take days. Your daughter might have a laxative effect but unless it went down her windpipe should be fine. It is a parent's responsibility to prevent things like this from happening so work to prevent it.
