Common: Pubic bone pain in pregnancy is fairly common. A condition called symphysis pubis diastasis (SPD) often causes this pain. In later pregnancy like yours, the hormone relaxin causes the pelvis, particularly at the pubic bone, to loosen. In general, this is a good thing as it makes birth easier but it can also be uncomfortable. Try using a pregnancy belt. It can help ease the pain. Hang in there!
