Physical Findings: There isn't a 'universal' notation of unclear physical findings. Charting the findings of the examination may not support a diagnosis consistent with complaint, and suggest watchful waiting until manifestations can be demonstrated upon examination. Often signs and symptoms are transient/come and go, or pass—Physicians will note suspicious anomaly to be followed or tests-A complaint is a complaint.
