Lab tests: There are many symptoms and variables to your question. Let say a patient has chest pain or shortness of breath. The evaluation wi of the patient starts with a history and examination. Often no lab tests are needed to monitor COVID 19 symptoms sometimes it is.

COVID 19: I agree with Dr. Richard Romano. There are no specific lab tests which are ordered for monitoring. The testing would be dictated by the patients COVID 19 complications.
