Shoulder pain: If these symptoms are brought on during physical exertion or emotional stress, they may be cardiac in origin and would warrant a cardiac evaluation by a physician or cardiologist. This would include a resting EKG and treadmill stress test. Your bp is elevated and must be addressed. Shoulder pain, if felt during shoulder motions, would be noncardiac most likely. See your MD for an evaluation.
