I have quite a bad pain on my right side of my stomach. i am quite nauseous. lying on my stomach relieves the pain but turning on my side worsens it. what can i do to relieve the pain?

Further evaluation: It would really depend on the specific diagnosis of the condition causing the pain. Some causes of abdominal Pain can be very self limited, such as a viral gastroenteritis, while others can be much more serious such as a perforated ulcer. Best to be seen for an accurate diagnosis.
