No risk, no worries: The antigen-antibody (AgAb, duo, 4th generation) HIV tests are 100% conclusive when done sufficiently long after the last possible exposure to HIV, i.e. 4-6 weeks. Your partner's tests prove she was not infected and you were not exposed. You can't go through life expecting all sex partners to test for HIV after the fact. Instead, choose your partners sensibly and always use condoms.
