Yes conclusive: The 18 day test was reassuring but not proof; these tests are conclusive any time more than 6 weeks after the last possible exposure. Therefore, your partner's ("the girl") test at 60 days showed she didn't have HIV and there was no need for you to be tested again once you knew that result. Taken together, these results prove neither you nor your partner has HIV.
