Depends: Lorazepam is definitely habit forming when taking it daily, but taking one dose a day usually doesn't cause true withdrawal symptoms although some anxiety may occur when not taken. In my experience it takes heavier daily doses to cause significant withdrawal symptoms when abruptly discontinued.
