Unlikely: Doesn't fit, may stay for some more time, if it grows bigger, becomes fixed/hard, more glands grow, see your doctor, otherwise, go on with your life

Watch and wait: Agree with Dr.H. You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
