Scalp tenderness: Have someone look carefully at your tender area to see if there is any redness,swelling,rash or discharge to indicate inflammation/infection. Infection of hair follicles, herpes infection or allergic reaction to hair dye are possibilities. See your physician as needed or if scalp discomfort persists.

After eating I have constantly been struggling with becoming physically ill, it starts with hiccups which leads to heart burn, and burping up stomach acid and food. This also leads me to have stomach pains and a head ache, I have lost my appetite.
I have very sore head and the scalp at the top of head feels spongy and painful to touch as well as having headache. The tenderness is just the right side of head and and it feels like fluid under the scalp.
