Are you a smoker ?: You need to see your PCP, to look for certain conditions , stop smoking, caffeine beverages, be check for Raynaud's Symptoms, have the heart and lungs evaluated, checked for V/Q mismatch, as well as Anemia's of all types, etc . Depends on History & Physical to help guide the evaluation. Do you have COPD, or other Heart & Lung conditions ?
