Yes: or one of the dozens of other viruses your other students are harboring this time of year. Children are disease vectors, and infectious diseases are contagious before the carrier is ever symptomatic. Incubation period on the typical cold is 7-10 days, so that's when your exposure likely occurred. Hope this helps!
