Needs evaluation: 2.5 yo toddlers do not have menses. They would only have blood coming from their vaginal area from torn tissue. How this might happen is unclear but deserves an in office evaluation. It would not be uncommon for them to have an anal fissure that could bleed & leave blood in a confusing pattern, but this would need to be confirmed by exam.
