Many possible : Most healthy people who are infected with the Toxoplasma gondii parasite do not have any signs or symptoms. Some people develop signs and symptoms similar to those of the flu such as body aches, headache, fever, & fatigue. More severe signs in people with compromised immune systems may include headache, confusion, lung problems, poor vision, poor coordination & seizures.
