Muscle pain: Hi Look for things that you may have done to strain that area, since it hurts to sneeze, likely it's related to muscles and ligaments rather than an organ deeper in your body. If the pain is very severe and you had trauma to the area, you should probably go see a local doctor. Hope this helps.
