Colon poop: I don't think that that is a likely cause of persistent nausea unless there is abdominal cramping, abdominal distension and inability to pass your stool. Persistent nausea causes include pregnancy, medication side effects, or inflammation of the stomach lining or liver. If symptoms persist get examined again by your physician or a gastroenterologist.
