Possible Possible: If you see 'warts' on your penis, you quite likely have genital warts caused by low risk HPV. You should see your doctor to discuss further. The worry about the sore throat is that the same place you got the HPV you could have gotten any other STIs and its those that is of concern. She could have also just traumatized her throat! If it persists or worsens, she needs to get it checked
